New England girl here. Thank you for this delicious recipe. The spice of the chorizo was a great addition on a cold winter day! Will definitely make again soon! :)

I am Colombian/Ecuadorian.
My husband is Dominican, i was put in charge of the potato salad. I am an excellent cook but i NEVER made potato salad. Thank you for this recipe.
I boiled everything whole then I peeled, cut and mixed. I added the salt only to the mix, made sure everything was well salted, and i added a little pepper for giggles. I then proceeded to mix the vinegar and the mayo together before adding it to my salted potato salad. I mixed it in and added mayo again as i mixed just no vinegar. The kids in our parties do not like potato salad and they all loved it. I also got compliments on it all night!

Salting while warm is essential!
