Green Goddess Dressing
This fresh and bright salad dressing is one of my favorites over salad greens as well as a slathering spread on a sandwich!

Ingredients
1
cup
Whole Fat Greek Yogurt
½
cup
fresh watercress
2
tablespoons
fresh basil
1
tablespoon
fresh mint
2
tablespoons
lemon juice
1
small clove garlic
½
teaspoon
kosher salt
freshly cracked pepper
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Store in a glass jar with a tight lid and keep refrigerated.
