Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- ½ cup melted coconut oil or vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs room temperature
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons Numi Turmeric Chai tea powder
- 2 ⅓ cups gluten free flour mix or all purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a loaf pan. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk the pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and then add to the wet ingredients. Mix until incorporated.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 35-45 minutes, until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
