Instructions
In a large pan (I used my trusty cast iron), crumble your sausage into the pan. You don't need any fat because most sausages tend to have plenty of fat to get started with. Cook until crisp and delicious.
Add corn, tomatoes, and basil cubes and cook until the corn has a little char on it.
Toss in the cooked pasta and mix all together. Season with salt and pepper. You can also add red pepper flakes for spice!
Now, here's the optional: you can finish this with a drizzle of good olive oil and call it a day. Or you can add a splash of heavy cream to make it into a creamy light pasta. Your call.
To serve, all you need is a hefty amount of parmesan and serve with a side salad, and dinner is ready!
